Long time listener first time caller...sorry posting. My name is Lance Mutter and I have just recently joined your great community. I have been reading, listening, and watching everything I can get my hands on to prepare for Real Estate Investing. I wish to surround myself with successful people. So anyone available to go get a meal or anything Id love to pick your brain. Im 22 years old and happily engaged. Im looking to make a better future for the both of us with mostly rental properties. I look forward to speaking with you all during the rest of our mutual successes over the years.
