Knowing everyone is busy and not wanting to waste anyones time, how do YOU deal with securing access to the property so you don't have to ask the owner to stop by each time your contractors need in to do the walkthrough and write up a quote?

I would suggest you get some solid sold comps from a realtor and try to have them run in a 1/4 mile radius of the property.
