Just curious as to what software and systems people are using to 1) find information2) keep track of everything we need to keep track of 3) stay organized etc etc 

Based on what I've found there's not a one stop shop for all software needs.  

I guess I'm wondering how many of you full time investors/wholesalers use a direct marketing program or skip trace software to access potential sellers.For any of you that are going directly to your farm what have you been most suprised about.

As an Accountant, I know the pain in learning  - it takes a long time to learn a business, accounting and QuickBooks software, learn the definition and  apply steps for each segmentation of the industry.  

What services of my own will I need, e.g. management software, email....or should I just invest in my own property and manage that and go from there?
