Hello fellow BP members the reason for my post is i have discovered a way to generate cash rich investors all across the USA, and because of this i was able to not succeed in the current market, but thrive in it.

Broke or rich, deficiency rights or not, I would assume collectors do not care of your financial situation.

I've been plugging properties into the Rich Dad Evaluating program and I figure for someone with no experience, a % would be easier than individually inputting accounting, business, taxes, utilities, etc, since I don't know exact figures for those yet.

They run the show and it is very easy for politicians to gain votes by railing against rich people.I do not see why rich people have to pay a disproportionate share of the nation's taxes.

For most RE is not a get rich quick activity.

Someone was telling me about Nouveau Riche and how very few of their "students" actually make money on their own through RE.
