Hello all, I must admit that this is very new to me so there are all kinds of things running through my head but now it's time to condense and put the pedal to the metal.I have a fully refurbed house that I purchased in Wilson NC and looking to put it on the market for rent next month to possibly have a tenant by Jan.

I'm starting to learn more and more about real estate investing through podcasts and books and am wanting to invest right outside the Charlotte, NC market in Gastonia or Concord.

So we (my wife and I) have made a concerted effort over the past 6 months or so to invest outside our small, rural local market in Charlotte, NC - a very competitive market with low supply/high demand.

I am new to real estate investing as well as new to the Charlotte, NC area.

I live in Brooklyn, half of us live in GA (husband and wife) and the other member lives in NC.
