I'm an investor in Greensboro NC and am looking to build a buyers list. I've got hustle and can find deals but don't have a buyers list built yet. I've focused more on Flips and BRRRR's but am seeing the allure of wholesaling.

How do you build a strong buyers list and what platform would be most beneficial in connecting potential buyers with properties as a wholesaler?
