Our experience of the tenants have been very positive, they take care of the place because they don't want to lose the voucher either. 

Just know when you buy something like that do not put one penny it it until you get a clear title and even then, read the fine print on title insurance, you can lose it.

The strategy does work and they need to read the 1.469 Regs to start the research on this.

I suggest reading your PM agreement to see what it says about cancelation.
