Now, I'm exhausted posting to wholesalers, nothing personal, but most have attitude, personality and/or sociopathic trait disorders, unwilling to learn, self centered, self absorbed, lazy, looking for a fast buck having the audacity of calling themselves real estate investors or even business people when they follow the guru track of using a sale contract, either that or, probably like yourself Andrea, you or they just got caught up in something you or they aren't really aware of.

I am sure the city of LA , who would start a city government bank,  is aware of those conflicts.

When we are operating correctly there shouldn't be a buyer that isn't aware of our existence. 

As many of you are well aware, I am no fan of RTO or LTO as I believe there are serious legal issues at both state and federal levels involving the concept of both of these being a form of a disguised credit transaction and that further individuals or organizations so engaged also fail to comply with other state and federal laws they are subject to. 

Where I'm at there are cities and towns where the difference between a good place and a war zone is by crossing the street.

Due to my personal focus, I am acutely aware of what is going on in the multifamily market in Phoenix, specifically in the C class units.

Just to clarify, I will not be residing here until these few items are repaired, which could possibly take a few months, but my insurance provider was aware of this.

I have been respectful but he knows I am aware he is in foreclosure.

Furthermore, I believe there are a handful of tax codes/rules when it comes to renting to family members so make sure you're aware of those.
