Yours has multiple different brick colors, peeling paint, older looking windows, dead plants, a half dead lawn, a walkway that is broken and slightly uneven, and an entry pad that is sloping rather significantly.

ExteriorThe walkways were cracked and should be monitored for action.Sections of the aluminum siding and trim were damaged and should be replaced.There was weathered wood trim throughout that should be replaced as necessary.We recommend installing window well covers over all window wells.The left-side gate was damaged and should be repaired or replaced.Some of the hose spigots were inoperable and this should be corrected.There was some minor cracking throughout each driveway that should be repaired as necessary.There was storage in the 1070 garage that obscured some areas from visual inspection.The Genie overhead garage door opener was not working properly and should be serviced or replaced.The garage door opener was plugged into an extension cord and a dedicated outlet should be installed.We recommend installing downspout extensions to divert drainage away from the foundation of the home.Each overhead garage door was damaged and should be monitored and repaired or replaced as necessary.The patio screen door was badly torn and damaged by the dog and should be replaced.The left side storm door was missing and should be replaced as necessary.

How does that work if there is an existing wood walkway around 1/2 the building?

Someone who has been around for a while and has a good reputation.3 If you aren't using a management company who do you get to handle snow removal from the decks and walkways? 

Wall paper removed, refrigerator installed and washroom sink installed/plumbed.Front yard- Fence installed, walkway laid out and grass redone.Backyard- Walkway installed, RV parking now has gravel, sprinkler system installed.Doors- New doors put on front, rear, and garage entrances.

The landscaping should be like lipstick on a beautiful woman...an accent.Repair any damage to the walkway leading up to the front door.If it's in your budget, patch or re-sod the front yard, and yes...install appropriate landscaping plants.

My husband spoke with a lawyer who advised him not to do any repairs to the outside (the front walkway is not usable at all so she cannot use the front door, house needs painting, etc) until she is out.
