I've sent out 1 yellow letter campaign.  

When done right it can feel personal, even more so than yellow letters.  

I wanted to support Yellow Letters because I've heard great things, but I'm a little disappointed this morning...I ordered business cards on 5/13 and they didn't print until 5/22 and now I won't get my order until 6/1!!!  

After mailing out the initial wave of say yellow letters, how long and how often is it recommended to send a follow up mailer?

I am looking to start with rehab & flip I have some questions..First question is what are you doing to find your leads are you doing direct mailing (yellow letters/post cards) targeting a specific list, driving for dollars.

I want to say bright Yellow?

Keeping the pipeline stuffed on the front end I have recently started sending out yellow letters as I am not finding as many forclosures as I used to.

They paid a $250 non-refundable pet fee for the dog, which is a yellow lab.

But after the 3rd cop rode right past me putting out my signs, the nervousness went away.I was surprised at my response rate with yellow letters, but I'm downright amazed at the response to old hat sign marketing.7 calls, 5 leads as of now.
