Hey Folks,Glad to see the sun is out and spring is underway!

I have been in property management as an employee for years and when there is an eviction underway  the new owner takes over and moves forward with the next steps like hand delivering a balance due letter also informing them they are under eviction (the court order eviction document will also be hand delivered to resident's door by the sheriff). 

Work got underway a few days ago, and I’m going to share pictures and progress over the next number of days until the job is complete.  

The income from all of these properties has allowed us to purchase another SFR and also our first flip project which is currently underway.

Especially once the blue heron project gets under way.

All of our flips are in Texas, 3 in Austin still underway, and one in Dallas just listed for sale.

As we get underway in 2016, I am curious what everyone's different neighborhoods to watch for the most value-add growth moving throughout the year and how they compare with local investors and out-of-staters.1.
