If you lost one commission due to uncovered tattoos, would it be worth it to you?

The longer you live in it the more of the gain is tax free.The only other twist is if the property has been the subject of a 1013 (say you sold a not so nice rental for a very nice rental you wouldn't mind living in once day). 

It has some limitations, but every time I look at Appfolio or other providers that look really good, I uncover flaws in their system that prevents me from moving.

On top of that, further research has uncovered that I am not the only person Calm and Malcolm have lied to and swindled money from.

Even some of the not so nice areas of Orlando are fetching some strong rental rates.
