So, I got up this morning:

1. By 9am I was texting with @Serge S. .  That only took 90 minutes - we didn't have very much to say to each other today :)

2. By 9:30, @J Scott texted and said he wanted to talk

3. By 11:30 - on the phone with @Brandon Turner 

4. At 12, Engelo Rumora rolled into the sunny Lima to have lunch - sushi and sake baby...FOR LUCH!

It's 2.  If I can get @Brian Burke on the phone, it's be a full palate fro the day...let me try...

tada-tada-tada-taaaaaaaa....

Nope - finally found someone in the real estate investing space actually working!  @Brian Burke - there's nobody quite like you :)
