Property Management Software for Self Managed MHP

I am in the process of adding 115 units of MH & RV's with another 300 pads this yr. I spoke with Rent Manager & Apfolio, both seem similar, RM seems cheaper.  I reached out to Buildium and Yardi, no one called me back.  Which one would you suggest?  Or are they all so similar it does not matter?

@Craig Schneider You're going to be spending a lot of time on whichever platform you choose and a ton of your business will be linked to it - it's a big decision.

I strongly encourage you to try out as many free trials or free versions as possible. Get demos, attend webinars, etc. If Buildium and Yardi aren't calling back, it's probably not a great sign.
