Generally, if you are looking for cash flow as your sole goal, you'll be better off in secondary or tertiary markets rather than in the hotbed of the Triangle.

Also the recent hurricane had me rethinking.2) The Research Triangle in NC (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill). 

Anyone in the Raleigh / Triangle area of North Carolina have a good trash / large item removal service? 

I wouldn't say Charlotte or the triangle area are local to Western NC. 

My son is living in a 3rd floor room of a college house (different campus than mine) and has two triangle shaped windows in his room, 28" x 28" so no where near the required egress area of 5.7 cu ft (although he could fit through them if he had a step stool to get to them).  

I've also joined the local REIA in the Triangle area.While I'm somewhat new to REI, I do have two rentals locally.  

We are new investors in the triangle and new to BP.

I haven't been successful yet in finding a firm to work with for the next few years, but I am continuing my search in a few principle markets, especially NC's 'research triangle'.Thank you all for keeping this community going.
