investment property in North Carolina
hi Friends
I am looking to buy my first investment property in NC area
I have heard of Cary , Morrisville, Apex area but the homes are pricy here
Can you please recommend few places which are worthwhile and potential for rental and cash flow ?
Is a single family or town house better for rental income ?
I would appreciate any inputs / guidance
thanks in advance
Anna

@Annamalai Karthik "All business is good business at the right price"--Anon. Generally, if you are looking for cash flow as your sole goal, you'll be better off in secondary or tertiary markets rather than in the hotbed of the Triangle. If looking at townhomes, you'll likely have HOA dues--which will depress your cash flow.
