We had a bullet-point handout with pros and cons of various bills that we took to each office along with our handwritten notes of personal experience, testimonial, concerns, etc. 

If seller is looking to hand out a finders fee for connecting a buyer to this property is that legal or will it need a finder fee agreement contract for the state of New Jersey??
