The properties have a major negative cash flow after attributing a return on the cash and have turned the properties into a liability.I would sell asap before you lose any more money.

I would say this, however, your standard generic postcards, from our experience and from others in my marketplace, are at an all time low in terms of performance.At the moment we're thinking about how we can stand out.

Do you feel you have significant exposure attributable to your original filings?

In general, the property doesn't stand out from the solid middle class neighborhood it is in. 

I'm also interested to get perspectives from buyers on what you are looking for in GOOD wholesalers, and things one could do to stand out from the rest of the wholesalers in the business.  

I think one of my best attributes is that I am great at analyzing neighborhoods.

So perhaps they are distributing back to you something close to the yearly cash flow attributable to your .005 share?

(Rosemead and El Monte are pretty different from South Pas, but as you look at things online, have them drive the neighborhoods and see which ones stand out to them the most.
