The state doesn't grow much but it doesn't shrink much either, people just can't leave this beautiful s--hole haha,  I feel like the rental market in Cranston - Providence - Warwick will always be there with small fluctuation.

You may have less stress and regulatory hurdles with an LTR, which might make up for the decrease in cash flow, especially as regulation shrinks that gap.Also keep in mind that there is a high demand for affordable housing here, and unfortunately a low supply, due to the fact that so many properties are used for STR, which there is also a high demand for.
