Best way to legally tell an applicant to many kids for 3 bed home

Hey guys- just got an email from someone interested in a rental. Single mom, 5 kids. It’s a 3 bed house. Best way to say no thank you? Just don’t respond to email?

@Matt M. I would not like 5 kids in a rental, but realistically it's not too many kids for a 3 bedroom.  Correct not responding to email.
