That should give you an idea of how many rentals there are.Is there employment in various sectors? 

What type of real estate sector would be best for a hands-off approach? 

They say only about 20% of mortgages are from the private sector but I am projecting this number to rise substantially in the next 5 years.

The Memphis market is seeing tremendous growth in many different sectors. 

I can't seem to find much info on this sector and was wondering if any bp members have some insight on how to find these types of properties, as well how profitable the business is.

And yes, all the Western governments are converging toward the exact same system that China is moving toward at an alarming rate, with "public-private partnerships" becoming rackets where the commercial sector and the government present a united front to squeeze the life out of people who are not connected to the oligarch class. 

There is a ton of tech & life sciences that are making their way here because of the tens of thousands of jobs in these sectors we're creating over the next decade.
