Looking to expand my market

Good evening all,

I am a current resident of Washington DC working in the construction management sector and I am looking to my expand my network and build connections that will help me start my process of learning about and ultimately investing in the real estate market. Please let me know if anyone knows of any networking events in the area or if there is any special databases that would be helpful.

Thanks and I am excited to start my path in the real estate game!

Welcome @Tyler Watkin , lots to gain from joining this site.  My best advice, pick a strategy and fully indulge in it.  Don't get caught up on chasing golden goose.  Also, you live in one of the strongest real estate markets in the country, don't take that for granted either, plenty of opportunity hyper local in Washington DC.

Best of luck.
