Not a lot of rental comps

I had my realtor run rental comps for an area where I am looking to buy a duplex. She ran the comps but said it was not too much so she gave me 3 with 2 out of three being single family. Is this a sign that the areas basically does not have much rental demand and I should ultimately move on?

The area is closer to the outskirts of the city.

@Amanda Mark

I would recommend looking to invest in Columbus OH. I currently live in Columbus and the real estate market is crazy. The job opportunities and population growth here far surpass that of any other city in OH. Living in Columbus my whole life I couldn't give you a reason why someone would want to move to Akron. Not a major city in Ohio and not much there. Columbus has OSU which is a real estate machine as well as supplies lots of jobs and people come from all over to attend the school itself, Battelle, L-Brands, the headquarters of white castle, the headquarters of Wendys and ect.
