I am paying 1617/mo for the loan and taxes, ins, property mgmt so it is not cash flowing as a stand alone investment yet there is enough equity in their to repurpose into a SFH rental in a satellite market and eliminate the mortgage payment.

But like I said its still astonishing.then we see people get on BP and freak out about potential mold in an inspection report.. that might need a little Clorox and U have these families living in filth that is unimaginable and Mold issues like living in a petri dish..
