Taxes are reasonable (in most areas), and there is a significant lack of quality affordable housing.  

Having a house in Tulum Mexico, the upkeep in the humid hurricane environment is so financially draining, i wonder if Oklahoma is similar with these apparent high climate risks.

It has two bathrooms, full kitchen, and open area and seven rooms that could be used as offices or I guess it could be a boarding house too lol.

House hack a 2-4 unit with the lowest down payment loan you could find. 3.5% FHA or 5% conventional.

@Samuel Coronado - the challenge is that there will likely be a very small number of renters looking for a house that size, as well as that can afford a rent amount that high who won't just buy otherwise. 

I'm interested in investing in multi unit properties and potentially get into house hacking.

I would for NOT do tree houses for liability reasons.

I found a house that I like to purchase in a great neighborhood and the exterior looks great for a 1922 stick built house.
