Have you had larger Cap Ex projects that you didn't anticipate?

Hi @Mark Hafner, we are active in the Spanish real estate market and have been developing several real estate projects in the last few years in the Valencia area (Valencia city and the Costa Blanca).

Have also done work in DC and Maryland and would say Virginia has significant benefits over DC and Maryland because it is more business friendly and jurisdictions are willing to work with not against developers on projects I mentioned as well as you mentioned With the federal government and government contractors not going away - area is great for investment.

I do many projects in this area and I’d be happy to discuss yours with you.  

Wanted to also echo that the arcade guys is a garbage project.

. - Projects give us visibility on my projects- My CPA can easily access the reports for tax preparation.

Ask them if they would consider financing this type of project. 

These larger projects are going to have a lot of steps.

Make sure you are sold on the particular project to get a level of comfort.Past projects might have been A to B areas where upside was greater and risk was lower.

Now, I have a portfolio of Short Term Rentals and Long Term Rentals.I’ve also helped other investors with their DSCR loans and flip projects.
