You'll also be able to place outgoing calls that will show up on caller I.D. as coming from your google voice number.As @Mitch Messer said, it's not all that necessary to have a website initially as a wholesaler, but if you want to go that route, GoDaddy is pretty reasonable and fast & easy to set up a decent looking website.

hmm, sounds like you have to spend 6700 on VA to get that deal, hoping yo make at least 10k to return your investment but that leaves you with less than 3k to reinvest and scale to 2 callers. it also leaves you with nothing to quit the day job.

The last 2 callers insisted that they didn't want to sell right now, so I will follow up with them in 3mos to see if anything has changed.Week 2:Received 4 calls. 1 caller was a short sell and was already a recent rehab but the bank was asking a very high premium for it.

We have found that postcards receive an average of .5% response (mostly quality calls), letters receive about 9% response rate (angry callers, curious callers, tire-kickers, quality callers, etc.), and zip letters and greeting cards see about 2% response (mostly quality calls).
