All the gurus talk about automating your business, over and over again.

So what is a good and effective way of automating the incoming seller lead calls? I've used google voice numbers, and also had a VA from the Philippines return calls. The latter forces you to devote energy to management; making sure they are asking the questions to sort the leads. Other option, more expensive are PatLive and other services.

What is something that lets the investor crank up the lead volume, get more leads, and NOT go crazy being on the phone all the time (which means less time for marketing, evaluating deals, raising money, and business development).
