This group really pushed me over the edge to NOT signing up with one of those coaching services and come here with my questions, so here goes.I really want to find a home in one of a few particular neighborhoods in the Poconos.

The owner Roy Guy will say whatever it is you need to hear to sign the contract, then you'll hardly hear or see a peep from them until it's time to shell out cash for something they did to mismanage. 

I then I had to sign a sworn notarized statement saying I have never done a loan there.. the state acknowledged that I am NMLS registered but licensed in Oregon not NV..

Recently I have had 2 different people kinda proposing the same thing: they want to sign a year lease with me not to live there but to then in turn rent it out short term to others. 

I am unsure my co-sign will be any assistance on an OO purchase.  

If she wants to protect herself, tell her she can record the inspection with pictures, and you will give her a signed copy of the inspection sheet.Honestly, if you anticipate the charges to be less than $500, I would refund the deposit and be done with her.

I’m sure she would need to sign something for the loan. 

They are unable to visit the units prior to signing a lease.
