If you’re looking for more insight on RRG or your particular STR deal, I’d say most people on BP would agree that I’m the go-to person here for that.

I looked into a program that is called the rei accelerator and they said they will guarantee me a deal of a 60+ unit apartment building in the next 4 months and i will get to a closing table and generate $20,000 a month off my first deal with working with them.

@Kayla ElliottHi Kayla - Personally, I would go with a property management company especially if you want to get out of the weeds of managing your properties, which is a large portfolio! 

Have met him personally a couple times and he is just a great guy all around. 

I won't have time to shop for things in person.

Is there any benefit to visiting DoH offices in person? 

Once you are satisfied with the quantity of assets it is not hard to create your own management systems with VA,s and a part time person or two once it is financially viable.   

And the fact that you have a contractor you know personally is name of the game!
