Small gas station owners are notorious for this.The seller gives certain books to a potential buyer to sell them on a certain value.

I'm looking at condos in the Buckhead, Midtown, Piedmont Heights, O4W, Atlantic Station, and Decatur areas (among others in the north/eastern part of the city - basically everywhere north of I-20 and east of I-75) and I'd love to hear everyone's input who may be more familiar with the city than I am, what are some (if any) streets/areas in those neighborhoods that are unsafe or I should avoid for other reasons?

I would love to be near the Glen Ridge, Bloomfield or Watsessing train stations ideally since my wife needs to commute to the city.

The Katy prairie used to be a part of our protection, but now it is becoming one long donut shop/tanning salon/gas station strip mall. 

I have a 4 bedroom house and I am only using one, so I wanted to rent out one or two of the others while my husband is stationed overseas for 9 months.
