We expect rents to continue to increase due to the shortage of properties that will profitably rent in the $1000/Mo. to $1400/Mo. range, steadily increasing population, increasing job quantity and job quality and diminishing build-able land in desirable areas.$5000 and Withdraw $500/MoReal estate is fundamentally different from other types of investments.
