It's just personal. 99% of folks here cannot survive $5k/monthly deficits, .5% here would not know if it was a rounding error, .5% would make them look twice but not make them do anything besides try to manage it a bit differently.

I would rather vet these folks myself, however I am also not confident in doing so.

But of course folks dont actually read the laws .. 

In my experience, wholesalers ask what type of properties folks are looking for, then they go out and find and get them under contract.

Hi,New to the STR arena and hoping some seasoned folks can shed light as to some creative ways to rent out my Temecula property during the winter months.

For me it's that simple but I'm sure folks with more properties or properties in different areas have better systems than I do!
