Finding the right deal, negotiating, securing financing, all of the back and forth with underwriters, property managers, inherited tenants, tenant issues, late payments, hunting tenants for rent, excises, repairs, evictions, lawsuits, etc.

Where my condo was in BC, we could vote down an increase in fees or a special levy. 

The tax is levied on owners.Such professionals should also know the tax considerations in their cities so they may best serve their clients.

The lease had a TBD for the address to send the remainder of the security deposit to My lease agreement states that if the lease is terminated before the natural expiration (such as by an eviction) that a re rent levy would be charged.

There's also the 4% General Excise Tax (GET), which you will need to apply and register for a GE License.
