Here is the layout,, Main house has 3 units and there is a stand alone cedar log cabin 920 sq ft. (4 units total - 2 separate dwellings) There is also a two level garage that is attached to the main house.

Due to that it would also need new windows/doors.The layout will stay more or less the same however one bedroom will be divided into two and a two new bathrooms will be added adjacent to existing plumbing.

My analysis is that if there were lower offers, my price would be high; but no offers at all, that puts my concern in the house, it's layout, size, etc., I mean the house is not appealing.I am not desperate yet, but I could use some out of the box point of view to move forward.Thanks again for your answer Abe.Fernando.

If you do the design first and then try to fit it into a modular layout it will be painful. 2.
