Has anybody had experience in the Newark NJ market?. I'm looking into buying a SFR and want to possibly convert to a 2 family. How difficult would this be in Newark.

one of the requirements that newark has when you increase the number of units is to accommodate for off-street parking for both units.  depending on the lot size and layout, it may or may not be feasible.
