@Brian Kirk In Northern CA (Sacramento county) there's a legal newspaper (The Daily Journal) which publishes "Notice to Repair or Demolish Substandard/Dangerous Buildings" or abatement properties.

I am researching a good list in Canada to send YL,The first one i got was in my local journal for houses that were about to be sold at auction.Mailed 50 YL and got a 16% response rate.Now i am wondering where to find the absentee owners, probate, divorce and pre-foreclosure.Any good advice ?
