A good list company in Canada?

I am researching a good list in Canada to send YL,

The first one i got was in my local journal for houses that were about to be sold at auction.

Mailed 50 YL and got a 16% response rate.

Now i am wondering where to find the absentee owners, probate, divorce and pre-foreclosure.

Any good advice ?
