Since the NYC address was the only one I'm personally familiar with, I looked into it a bit.I never thought 125th Street was that bad even pre Giuliani--a block from the Apollo and now near Bill Clinton's HQ.It turns out that according to this cool NYPD interactive crime map, it is the specific intersection that's a problem (1/2 block radius).  

He camera the line and told me bad news that the at the intersection where the new PVC pine and older cast iron pipe (under the house), root are growing which are causing the clog.

For rural areas, FOR-RENT bandit sign on farm road intersections or a flyer at the local church works best.

The massive TSMC facility is in far north Phoenix near the intersection of Interstate 17 and the Loop 303 freeway.

Put them on the corners of busy intersections. 

The address has street numbers rather than vague intersections (I imagine this is due to out of US locations where they don't tend to use specific addresses like we do).If you have a Street Address (rather than PO Box format!!)

There is always some great land at intersections of good roads that can be made into much better uses after development or redevelopment creating good returns, but also with these hotter areas, the cap rates arent so great - like 7-9% but with that kind of cap, there is much less risk.  

I'd have to have a sign with each type of wording at each intersection with a different phone number to get the best results.
