Wholesale marketing for leads.  When is the best time to put out bandit signs and what advise can you give about making them as successful as possible?  Thank you all for the input!

I know I'm beating a dead horse but bandit signs are called bandit signs for a reason. They are illegal in the state of Texas. That doesn't stop people from putting them up. But it also doesn't stop neighborhood people from pulling them down and throwing them away.

Chances are you won't get caught, but sometimes cities will step up enforcement if they get enough complaints. If you do get caught, it will result in hefty fines. Here in Houston, they will fine you for each sign, so the fine could be in the thousands of dollars.
