I am purchasing a house on the intention of flipping it.Currently the house is a 2 family house.The first apartment is on the first floor and has a living room, regular size kitchen (narrow), 1 bedroom, bathroom and a large indoor pool.The second apartment is on the second and third floor.

I am very bubbly and pleasant open to talking to people (even when I am nervous)Things I like to do (when not super charged on building extreme wealth)-Watch Japanese anime and Read Manga books-Go outside to the parks and walk-Go fishing-chill with my friends and family-and study concepts of finance, economics, tax law and business & wealth building ( i really do this with my spare time too lol )Things I'd love to try doing-Go camping some more-Go indoor rock climbing-go Kayaking!

The cost of the bulbs is why this is the last recommendation.These improvements can be made with or without replacing the furnace system and will increase the performance of the house, improve the indoor air quality (IAQ) and create a more comfortable living space.

An indoor closet adjacent to the utility closet is covered with mold.

Without no smoking clauses, not sure what your options are.We currently have a duplex with strong no smoking clauses where we are fairly certain both sides are breaking the rules by smoking indoors.

Fireplace in the living area, vault ceilings, 2 large master bedrooms with private bath and jacuzzi and shower stall, walk in closest indoor/ outdoor amenities and school bus stop 3600 sq. ft....

I have lived indoors for fourty some odd years and have never managed to damage property how I have seen it damaged.

The home needs new carpet/tile and a minor indoor paint job.

J Scott Dam thats GREAT pricing , unfortunately while most of our municipalities have adapted to permitting pex indoors, most are slow at the changeover for mains so its 3/4 or larger rolled copper here.
