Consistent steady monthly income is our ultimate goal so we can achieve financial freedom and work on real estate projects without the loom of our own cost of living over us.

We see these disruptions in inflation manifested all around us, but the sectors that the government has gone "whole hog" in, inflation has been particularly wild:  Healthcare, college/higher education, and real estate. 

Along with the same client is building a small resort on one of the Islands. to me the pros are things are based on english law and english is the language of the country.for us where at our age health care is important I would not choose to live there as an x pat.

With the right team in place, the sky is the limit for those looking to build wealth and achieve financial freedom through multifamily real estate.

My overall goal is to become a multibillionaire, with a B, through REI, achieve financial freedom and create generational wealth for my future family.

The local economy is supported by several diverse sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, and retail, which sustains employment levels and underpins rental demand.

I will likely keep growing the portfolio and partner with my kids on deals to accelerate their path to wealth and financial freedom as well.I plan to continue targeting value add properties around the country for chances to grow my portfolio.

The healthcare system is a wreck and hospitals don't care about patients or staffing.
