Witnessing the dissipation of substantial (multiple seven figures) personal capital, especially in efforts to steer through these turbulent times, has been a sobering experience.

Money meets effort = very nice life changing profits. 

All of these have set their sites on Clark-Fulton as an area in need of social and economic uplift and some have dedicated funding to support these efforts.

They take a lot more effort to find the deals but they are there.

Even big names like Opendoor who in the past offered little to no compensation has adjusted their marketing to include compensation in an effort to sell homes during this cooler time of year. 

It can look good, but the average home is hard to make it look good in pictures and you need a much higher production effort.
