They use fake names, fake backstories, fake handwriting fonts, and lots of them are obviously from the same templates. 

Maybe a font with a serif, they are easier to read.

Hi Ed,I've used a yellow post card with typewriter font and it works best.

Two things.  1- mail doesnt motivate it introduces us to motivated sellers 2- because of the handwritten font, real or memorex, is so large long letters tend to be too visually difficult to absorb.   

Remember handwritten font is huge and takes up a lot of room.

Hello,Does anyone know of any software that can print on a yellow letter and has font like I wrote the letter in my writing and also write on white envelope like wrote on it but actually was printed?

Cost is extreme too  Font written letters less however very good.

In my experience the placement of the return address is dictated by the envelope and the font used.

Hand address your letters, add a distinctive mark in the return address, use a different color pen or use an unusual font if printing labels.
