For me my tax rate is a lagging indicator not a leading indicator, I know it during or toward the end of the year and finalized when I finish the year.

I just finished my first BRRRR and that process was a little annoying with creating the scope of work, capturing and uploading receipts, getting a wire to cover the costs, etc.

I am assuming this is the same person.I am trying to sell the property as soon as possible, however securing the property seems like a MUST (regardless of whether I finish the renovation or sell as-is).
