Just be sure you understand the rules and focus your efforts on how to grow your wealth by embracing the rules, trying to understand why the rules are one way or another is unproductive in my opinion...

The American embrace of urban living was thriving before the pandemic.

Knowing all the three dimensions allows you to embrace investments that may be light on one dimension but heavy in another.

Market timing is a theory but in practice its not embraced by professionals. 

I don’t fear changes or challenges, I embrace them, because I know that’s how I can grow and get closer to my goals and visions in life.

People always say apartment investing is a team sport, but I didn’t fully embrace that right away.
