Decriminaliztion and regulation takes the cake for me as best policy for ALL drugs.I'm real curious, what do you think?

So I had my cake and ate it too so to speak. 

You either gotta laugh cleaning the built-up, caked period blood clots off the bottom of the toilet seat or you go bonkers. 

The icing on the cake is she went around and slandered us to the neighbors.

In markets like ours, you could have 4 subdivisions with 200K homes, new construction that could be selling like hot cakes that will skew that perception, you rehabbed 1982 ranch may or may not compete, and usually won't even if you sunk 100K in it.The objective measures to valuation, market activity, inventor supplies and housing needs have been around about a hundred years, technology hasn't and won't change the approach but can make things easier.

So far managing has been a piece of cake.

If you don't put the time and effort into them, you get no edible fruit, just a bunch of litter.

the funny thing is...i worked making outbound calls and taking inbound calls for over 2 years, lol..its just been a little while but im sure i will get over it..like you said once i start calling a few people it will be a piece of cake.

It’s a feee country You can bank on appreciation..personally  I’ll take that good cash flow each month and if I happen to get appreciation then that’s icing on the cake .
