My home town....New Domain coming in nearby and Leander has a billion dollar development starting soon too. 

True MF (5+ units) is different than our current RE domain, with some different mindsets (one of our goals has been to trap virtually nothing in our investments) especially in San Diego where the LTV is so limited due to debt service. 

I have a full time job and am not competent in writing code, so simple is good, but I'd also like my own domain name and the option to grow and monetize the blog if I want to. 

I’m currently looking to do mainly OOS stuff right now anyway so I would love to talk sometime to see what that process has been like. 

I happen to own a large warehouse in new jersey, and i have a buyer that is willing to buy it for a nice price.However there are some rumors out there that the local government is planning to rezone the whole street for commercial purposes and a agent told me this can get to an eminent domain case in which the government will force me to sell at a certain price.   

Would love to hear from agents who sell homes in Colonialtown, agents who sell detached multi-family in Orlando, or investors who have experience in this domain. 

I got as far as to learn how to make online ads with Facebook pixel, how to analyze and optimize audience targeting, ad tunnels, and I even had a domain with a logo.

Not to mention the full blown corruption that is CalTrans- they are the only landlords I know of who are allowed to hike rents 10% every 6 months (their rental houses being  taken by eminent domain in Pasadena, no less).I'd say California is both anti-landlord and anti-tenant.

They have eminent domain, but they have to pay for the land that they take.
