About me: First post

Hi, my name is Israel and I’ve recently become enveloped in curiosity about real estate wholesaling. I still don’t know a lot but I am very eager to learn more and connect with wholesalers around my community. My first business venture was just last year (currently 18 years old). I attempted to start a lean generation digital marketing agency. I got as far as to learn how to make online ads with Facebook pixel, how to analyze and optimize audience targeting, ad tunnels, and I even had a domain with a logo. I used a subscription called “mailshake” for email outreach and I cold called around 50 people for like two weeks each business day. I didn’t really know how to speak to people and I felt almost silly and I started to discourage myself. I know I want to work for myself. I know that trading my time for money is for people who don’t have an ambition to create something greater than a 401k. My dream is to own a dog shelter for sick and abandoned dogs. I’ve always loved dogs, they teach you some much about love. I know a lot about behavioralism and why people do what they do. When I was in middle school I was really into psychology and why people act how they act. It always fascinated me, anyway this got out of topic really fast and I now feel like no one is going to read this. I will find someone that can mentor me or become a loyal apprentice to a wholesaler around my area. I will escape the rat race.
