Eminent domain commercial real estate
Hi everyone.
I happen to own a large warehouse in new jersey, and i have a buyer that is willing to buy it for a nice price.However there are some rumors out there that the local government is planning to rezone the whole street for commercial purposes and a agent told me this can get to an eminent domain case in which the government will force me to sell at a certain price.
So my question is should i sell it now, or should i wait for the government to rezone the street hoping that it will be worth more after the rezoning?
